About Amber Gross, LCPC, RPT™

Amber grew up in Maine and is grateful to be serving the community she knows and loves. She attended Connecticut College and began her career in education, teaching in the classroom for seven years. Driven by her passion for supporting children and families, she went on to earn her master’s degree in counseling with honors from the University of Southern Maine.

As a Registered Play Therapist™, Amber incorporates play and art into her work with clients of all ages. She also utilizes , Brainspotting, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based approaches when working with clients. Her goal is to create a compassionate, supportive environment where clients can grow, heal, and thrive.

Amber lives in the midcoast area with her family where you can find her skiing, hiking, reading, and playing around with her dog, Timber!
